Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator will manage inventory, coordinate logistics activities, enforce safety standards, and ensure smooth warehouse operations that support overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations

• Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy

• Supervise warehouse staff and maintain productivity

• Maintain accurate records using WMS and inventory systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 4 years experience in warehouse management within the FMCG sector

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS)

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
