BDL is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on turning media spend into measurable business impact, driving awareness, trials, consideration, and sales for FMCG brands.
Lead end-to-end performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
Optimize digital media for conversions, trials, and ROI
Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Sales teams
The Performance Marketing Manager will manage all digital performance campaigns, analyze results, provide insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns drive tangible business growth.
Performance Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and other platforms
Translate brand objectives into measurable media strategies
Own campaign structures, audience segmentation, bidding, and budget allocation
Optimization & Growth: Continuously optimize campaigns, run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
Identify scale opportunities while maintaining efficiency and ROI
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using dashboards, GA, and other analytics tools
Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, conversion rates
Prepare performance reports connecting media spend to business outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Content, Creative, and Sales teams to align messaging and execution
Support product launches, promotions, and trade-led campaigns with digital amplification
Platform & Market Awareness: Stay updated with ad platforms, policies, and emerging opportunities
5+ years in performance/digital marketing, preferably in FMCG
Deep experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok
Full-funnel marketing expertise: awareness → consideration → conversion
Proven ability to manage significant media budgets
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience working closely with creative and content teams
FMCG, retail, or high-volume consumer product experience
Experience driving trials, sampling, or offline-to-online conversions
Knowledge of attribution models and media measurement frameworks
