Job Description

The Customer Care Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries, follow up on orders, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and other channels

  • Maintain and update customer records in internal databases

  • Track, analyze, and report customer feedback and service performance using Excel

  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and concerns to ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to enhance service quality

  • Provide product and service information to customers

  • Prepare weekly and monthly service reports

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 30 years

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. from a recognized institution

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent command of English (oral and written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools

  • Ability to speak other Nigerian languages is an added advantage

  • Good interpersonal and customer-centric mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
