Job Description

The Brand Manager will develop and implement brand strategies, oversee marketing campaigns, leverage consumer insights, manage product launches, and collaborate across teams to ensure consistent brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for milk & dairy categories

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels

• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams for product innovation

• Analyze consumer data and market trends to guide strategy

• Track KPIs, analyze brand health, and provide performance reports

• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and agencies for seamless execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5 years FMCG brand management experience, focused on milk & dairy

• Proven success in brand building and campaign execution

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics

• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to think strategically and creatively with a hands-on approach
