Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive business growth. The role blends creativity, analytics, and performance marketing to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, web, mobile, influencer, and content marketing

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Collaborate with brand, sales, and product teams to support launches and business objectives

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

  • Manage and grow online communities while maintaining brand voice and consistency

  • Identify and engage digital influencers and KOLs

  • Monitor digital marketing trends and FMCG competition

  • Lead content development strategy aligned with brand tone

  • Manage digital agencies, media partners, and third-party vendors

  • Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

  • Relevant master’s degree or digital marketing certification is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on digital marketing experience within the Nigerian FMCG industry

  • Strong expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, content creation, and performance analysis

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, and similar tools

  • Strong understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior and regional market dynamics

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

  • Creative mindset with strong execution ability
