Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing sales teams, maintaining key customer relationships, and ensuring consistent market growth. The role requires extensive regional travel and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet business objectives

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage regional sales teams

  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching

  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • MBA is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant sales experience

  • At least 3 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager in FMCG

  • Proven track record in regional sales management

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region

  • Experience in a reputable FMCG company is an added advantage
